Joe holds a degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University and is an active member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE). His extensive knowledge spans the full project lifecycle, encompassing initial concept, detailed design, construction phases, commissioning, qualification, and validation.
His substantial experience in Project Management and Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) equips him with deep insights into critical milestones and emphasizes the value of early collaboration, clear communication, and well-defined roles and responsibilities.
